What do you recommend as a pad for our new storage shed?
A: It is important to have a level pad for your shed. If going with a stone foundation we recommend that you prepare an area the same size as your shed. We recommend 3-4 inches of crushed stone. This in turn gives you good drainage and keeps our shed dry enhancing its durability. NOTE: When going with concrete pad, pad MUST be EXACT size of shed due to water drainage. We do not recommend block as they tend to settle uneven and is very difficult to unload.
Does Shed Crazy do any site preparation work for your shed?
A: The Dormer shed comes with a Dormer Roof, Octagon Window in the Dormer, (1) set Solid Fiberglass Double Doors and (1) Single Fiberglass Door w/ glass, or (1) set of double fiberglass doors with glass, Duratemp wood Siding or your choice of Vinyl Siding (add 30%), choice of exterior trim colors, choice of shingles, and additional options such as Flower Boxes, Shutters, & vents.
What are the sizes of your door openings?
A: Door openings are framed, and double swinging doors are reinforced in a decorative pattern which opens 47″ wide with a 71″ height on all 8′ wide sheds. 10′ wide sheds have a 50″ opening by 71″ height. 12′ and 14′ wides have a 71′ opening by a 6’3″ height.
